Even if you struggle with confidence and your role as a teacher, by applying these tips, you will naturally look confident to your students. This dynamic starts a positive feedback loop. You look confident, so your class responds to you better. Because they respond to you better, you become more self-assured - and so on.

Priyam is a state-ranking Academic Decathlon and Science Fair competitor, molecular genetics researcher, and President of Cognitive Exchange, a global student-led nonprofit which seeks to provide opportunities for students to expand on their writing and presenting skills. Through her efforts, she’s led the development of numerous courses at Cognitive Exchange which have been taught to hundreds of students across the world in subjects such as preparing for interviews, writing & presenting persuasive speeches, and constructing debate cases. After exploring what truly makes students excited to learn, Priyam aspires to mesh her passions for research with mentorship by reimagining education to new heights.
